Premium denim brand Paige is making a move to coastal Orange County as its retail expansion strategy heats up.

The Culver City, California-based brand will open a store at Fashion Island in mid-August. It bows with the company’s Summer/Fall 2023 collection.

“I’m proud and excited to expand our retail presence in Southern California with our newest store at Fashion Island,” Paige co-founder and Creative Director Paige Adams-Geller said. “The effortless, yet elevated style of Newport Beach aligns perfectly with our brand’s aesthetic, and it’s been a dream of mine to open a store there.”

The new store totals 1,450 square feet and spans the men’s and women’s collections across apparel, footwear and accessories.

Fashion Island is anchored by Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus. Paige is located in a section of the outdoor center with Alice + Olivia, AG and Elie Tahari.

Fashion Island marks the company’s 19th store and first in Orange County. Elsewhere in California, Paige counts doors at The Grove, Santa Monica Place, Palisades Village, Malibu Country Mart and Fillmore Street in San Francisco. It also has locations in New York, Nevada and Texas.

The company said it has plans to open additional boutiques this year in the U.S. and overseas.

Paige, started by Adams-Geller in 2005, received an investment from TSG Consumer Partners in 2012. The stake was later sold to Lion Capital in 2017.
